Frequently Asked Questions

  • To keep our studio as sustainable as possible, many of our prints are printed to order.

    Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be made, depending on how busy our studio is at the time.

  • All our velvet prints are in standard sizes, so will fit a ready made frame, or you can go to a professional framer.

    Velvet can be framed either behind glass, or without glass, depending on the look you want.

  • Velvet can get a little dusty over time! This is perfectly normal.

    We recommend a light dusting with a soft brush or a lint roller. Remember to brush downwards, following the natural pile of the fabric.

    Please don’t use a vacuum!

  • We’re sorry your order has arrived damaged. We make sure our packages are as well protected as possible.

    Unfortunately we do not claim responsibility for any damage caused during transit. But we do ensure that parcels are insured, so please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve it for you.

  • All custom charges and taxes are the responsibility of the collector. We recommend that you double check what the custom charges would be for your country before purchasing.
