Shipping

All UK & International orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Any larger items will be shipped via a Courier, but that will be stated in the item listing.

Each order is packaged with care to prevent it being damaged. However, we are unable to claim responsibility for any damage caused during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch straight away and we will do our best to settle it for you, but we cannot guarantee that the issue will be resolved by the courier.

Returns

We offer returns & exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Please check packages as soon as they arrive, as we are unable to offer returns and exchanges after 7 days.

All returns must be shipped back to us in its original packaging. We will not be able to issue a refund if the item returns back to us damaged.

Because many of our prints and wallhangings are made to order, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

All original artwork is final sale. We are unable to issue returns or exchanges for original artwork. We do our best to make sure the artwork is depicted as accurately as possible in the listing images and descriptions. Please double check all measurements before purchasing.
