The inspiration for velvet wallhangings came while I was working on the Poison Collection. I wanted a unique way to reproduce my artwork, and merge the worlds of fine art and textiles together.
Velvet wallhangings are different from typical fine art prints. They add a luxurious and tactile quality which is unmatched, and truly feels like a fashion statement for your walls.
“Foxgloves” draws inspiration from the iconic crossbones design featured on poison bottles, but with beautiful foxglove flowers instead of the bones.
This wallhanging is made from digitally printed velvet fabric, stretched over a 1” deep wooden frame and embellished with brass hardware.
Made to order please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your wallhanging to be made.
